 Erica Williams, our visionary Founder and CEO, brings a wealth of experience to the table with six dynamic years in print and online publishing. Her expertise is complemented by three years in public relations, where she honed her skills in crafting compelling narratives that resonate. Erica holds a bachelor's degree in English and a master's in public relations and advertising, showcasing her dedication to effective communication. Currently, she's furthering her knowledge by pursuing a doctorate in business administration. 

Throughout her time at global PR agencies like Ketchum and other organizations, she collaborated with clients such as Wells Fargo, Deloitte, Truist, Bank of America, Fubbles Bubbles, and Calm. During these experiences, she recognized a gap in the PR industry that she aimed to address: the need for empowerment.
